March for Life ~ Connecticut
             1/22/09  12:30 - 1:30pm

Please join us for a peaceful, family-friendly, one-hour march on:

Thursday
, January 22, 2009 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at Hartford's Capitol, 210 Capitol Avenue
.

This gathering is a wonderful opportunity for evangelical Christians to bring friends and family into Hartford to take a public stand for the Sanctity of Life.

The peaceful demonstration takes place on the anniversary of Roe vs. Wade.
Marchers meet in front of the Capitol and walk together up and down the block along Capitol Avenue.

There are many strollers and children, and as a result, only family-friendly signs are allowed.

The goal in organizing this march is to help motivate evangelical Christians in CT for Life issues, as well as to teach our children and future generations the truth of the Sanctity of Life.

Too cold to march outside?  Starting at 12:30 there will be Pro-Life Speakers in RM 310 of the Legislative Office Building, organized by the Archdiocese of Hartford, including:

Chelsea Renkin- offering an amazing prolife monologue
Theresa Krankowski - director of St. Gerard's Center for Life, Hartford
Angela Cortez - a mom who has chosen life
Cal Anderson - an attorney from West Hartford
Peter Wolfgang - head of the CT Family Institute

Coffee and Tea are available in Room 310
